I called on Monday. I had a tech out on Tuesday.  He was a bit early but that was okay with me.

My deyer was torn apart by my husband. When the texh saw that he said he wasn't even supposed to touch it. By explaining to the tech the noise it was making he was able to determine it was a pulley and some belts.

He changed both, put the dryer back together and did a test run for several minsnto ensure it was working like it should.

The gentleman was kind, professional and friendly. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Thank you for the speedy service and knowledgeable tech, he was an absolute delight.

I recommend this company for any washer/dryer issues you may have.

Oh, P.S. all the work he did and labor intensive involved, the repair was under $200. Definitely affordable and a lot cheaper than purchasing a new dryer.
